Are You At Risk For Diabetes? Take Our Quiz To Find Out

Catholic Health's Diabetes Education Centers, located across Long Island, are recognized by the American Diabetes Association.

We’ve all heard of diabetes and likely know someone—a friend or family member— who has diabetes. Nearly 1 in 10 Americans are living with diabetes. About 1 in 5 people with diabetes aren’t even aware that they have it.

Diabetes is manageable with the right tools. Your primary care physician (PCP) will be your point of contact for recommended lifestyle changes and can refer you to specialists like diabetes educators, dieticians and endocrinologists.

Take our quiz to determine if you could be at risk for diabetes. After taking the quiz, you can request an appointment with your PCP to discuss the results.
